When you visit this website, our hosting and security services may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and pages requested. The third-party map and form-security tool described below may also process information when you use them.

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare, discuss, and administer estimates; evaluate project needs; provide customer service; schedule work; and operate, secure, and improve this website. We may contact you by phone, email, or text message about an inquiry or estimate you request.

If you separately opt in to promotional communications, we may also use your contact information to send marketing updates. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link and of marketing texts by replying STOP. Consent to marketing messages is not required to request an estimate or receive services.

Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies

As of the date above, this website does not use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads conversion tracking. We plan to add these tools in the future. Before they are enabled, we will update this policy to explain the data they collect and how you can manage your choices.

The embedded Google map and Cloudflare Turnstile form-security check may use cookies or similar technologies when those features load. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect those features.

Service Providers and Sharing

Bahia Fence does not sell personal information for money. We share information only as needed to operate the website, respond to your request, comply with law, or protect our rights. This includes Cloudflare for website hosting and form-security checks, Mailgun for form delivery, and Google Maps for the map on our Contact page. We do not currently share website-visit data through Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads conversion tracking.

Form Delivery and Security

Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify form submissions, and Mailgun helps deliver submitted messages to Bahia Fence. These providers process the information needed to perform their services. Do not send sensitive personal, financial, account, or government-identification information through the forms.

Data Retention

We retain unaccepted inquiries, estimates, photos, and survey documents for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. For completed projects, we retain contracts, change orders, invoices, permits, warranty records, and relevant project photos for up to 7 years after project completion. We may retain information longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, prevent fraud, or maintain required business records.

Your Choices

You may ask about information you submitted, request a correction, request deletion when applicable, or ask us to stop using your information for marketing communications. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and will retain information when an exception applies, including legal, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, or dispute-resolution needs.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for adults and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
